Booking Policy – Christmas Family Photo Shoots To help everything run smoothly and ensure everyone enjoys their session, please take a moment to read our booking policy: Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session so you’re ready to start on time. Session Length: Each shoot lasts 20 minutes. To keep things fair for everyone, late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as we’re unable to run over into the next booking. Group Size: Each session can include up to 8 people in total, with a maximum of 6 children. Supervision: Adults are fully responsible for supervising children at all times during the session. Payment: Full payment of £70 is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled (subject to availability). Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of your shoot. Upgrades: You’ll receive your online gallery by the first week of December. You can then choose to upgrade to the full gallery for £30 if you’d like to keep all your images.
